Be a giver, not a taker

If you naturally have sales charisma, then you are a generous person. This doesn’t mean generous with money, but you also need to be generous with time and your attention. When people with sales charisma talk to the customer, they need to make them feel like they are the only person there. They will have your full attention with no distractions. People with this talent don’t just say you can achieve this but say that everyone can achieve it.
They will help you get the most out of your product and will aim to keep in contact to check the product or service was to your satisfaction. Being there, being present with the customers is a big key. Ignore phone calls and hire other people to look after any other customers that come in, so you can solely focus on the person standing in front of you.
The customer needs to feel important; you need to make them feel like you are interested in what they are telling you.

Possess a natural awareness

People with this talent know their own weaknesses and their strengths. When they feel they are not going well in an area, they will do what they can to fix it and overcome the problem. Having sales charisma is knowing how to tune into the people you have contact with. You need to find people who are already a success and copy their behaviour and take on their role-model behaviour.

Sales charisma have a presence.

Having presence is being self-assured and have the self-confidence to do well without bragging about it. You need to be happy with yourself but be able to face what you aren’t good at and happily admit that. This is the reason these people are very approachable their balance between knowing what they are good and bad at makes them very approachable. There are no putting others down to make themselves appear higher. Instead they prefer to help others build and grow.
We are naturally attracted to them because of their confidence and approachable personalities. Sales charisma means you are a good listener and able to see things from the other side of perspective. This gives them the ability to say the right things to persuade people who aren’t just sitting on the line.
Some are born naturally good at sales, but that doesn’t mean you can’t develop your own charisma by taking the time to learn and develop the skills. Learn to be generous and focus on the people that are around you not solely on yourself. Learn to recognise your strengths and weaknesses and be self-aware.
Don’t be afraid to stand out, let your confidence stand out and don’t give up easily.
Be prepared for some hard work it won’t be easy growing the salesperson you have dreamed of. Everyone has the sales Charisma in them it is just about working on how to release that talent.
